Hi! I'm Jayna, and I've been snapping photos since my sophomore year of high school. Born and raised in Montreal, Canada, I ventured to Dallas in 2004 to attend the Art Institute of Dallas. After graduating, I married my fiancé, and we were blessed with two beautiful children. My obsession with photography was rekindled with the birth of my son, and ever since, I've been perfecting my craft as a Dallas photographer.
When I'm not behind the camera, I'm juggling roles as a mother, wife, sister, daughter, dog mom, gymnastics mom, marching band mom, and artist – all demanding equal parts of me. I love my coffee black and spending weekends with my people binge-watching a great series.
Since 2018, two years after my daughter's birth, I was diagnosed with Lupus, an autoimmune disease that targets primarily women, especially postpartum. This lifelong condition affects all your internal organs and joints, making you feel exhausted. This battle stole most of my early years with my children. After six years of treatment and medication, I'm almost to the point of remission.
