Taking the stress out of your maternity photos is what we do best. That is why we have a full wardrobe of maternity gowns for photoshoot purposes. Having one less thing to stress about for your upcoming pregnancy photos makes for a happier mama to be, wouldn’t you say? Borrowing a dress is complementary when you schedule a maternity photo shoot.
Red maternity dress
The red maternity gown is one of my favorite couture maternity dresses in my studio collection. It was a stunner when I first laid eyes upon it. Currently contemplating another color or 2 in the not-so-distant future. This is a custom couture gown from sewtrendy accessories and comes in many colors.
Ivory flowy dress for photoshoot
My flowy dress for photoshoot is another favorite for the dress tossing train. It is one of the best maternity dresses because of its airy movement in photos. This dress fits most as it is made from soft t-shirt like fabric that stretches and hugs curves perfectly.
The blush maternity gown
The blush maternity gown is perfect for mamas who crave that glowing ‘golden light’ shot. It’s another favorite purchase from my go-to maternity gown shop.
Studio maternity photos
Very similar to the flowy gown above, this one is perfect for etherial looking portraits. This dress also works great for in studio maternity photos too. Flower crowns and sashes are also available in neutral colors to complement your style.
Longsleeve maternity dress
It doesn’t always have to be a sleeveless maternity gown! Our sapphire blue long sleeve maternity dress is perfect for fall maternity pictures.
These are some of the top picks we use for our maternity photoshoot. We got you covered when it comes to your pregnancy photos including maternity gowns for photoshoot. Little Dove Portraits also specializes in cake smash, family, baby and maternity photography.
I am an artist, wife, mom, foodie, coffee aficionado, animal lover and adore all things magical. I am blessed to be a mom of 2 amazing kids that both bring endless joy to my life. Beyond photography, I love to sew and many of the adorable outfits and accessories seen on the babies I photograph are handmade by me. After graduating from the Art Institute of Dallas in 2006 I briefly worked in the fashion industry until I became pregnant with my son in 2008. My children have been my biggest inspiration in my journey as a portrait photographer and continue to challenge me every day!
Newborn babies and belly bumps have always had a special place in my heart and it is an honor to get to work with so many wonderful families. I look forward to meeting you and capturing your family’s unique story
Photographing Newborns, maternity and families in the North Dallas area and beyond.
